Celebrate special occasions with a homemade or purchased dog birthday hat! 
Do you celebrate your dog’s birthday every year? I’m a huge fan of birthdays. I make sure we celebrate everyone’s birthdays in the BuzzFarmers office, and they return the favor. My one wish for my upcoming birthday is that someone will make me or buy me a fun dog birthday hat like the one in the picture. Really, that is the only present I want! If I got one, then I would wear take such good care of it and wear it every single year.
Want to know what made me ask for a party hat for my birthday? Well, I hear from a friend of a friend that their human family had recently adopted a brand new puppy. When they brought him home, they took pictures of him wearing the party hat. Let’s just say the dog birthday hat took up most of the picture, and you could barely see the puppy. I guess the plan is to take a picture of the puppy every year wearing the same party hat to compare how much he’s grown and changed throughout the years. That is so cool! I know I’m a little late to the party, but I would totally be into taking a picture every year with my birthday hat.
Okay, I’ll address the elephant in the room. Most dogs won’t enjoy wearing a dog birthday hat for very long. To that, I say, “It’s a good thing birthdays are only one day out of the year!” If you want to celebrate with a dog birthday hat, just don’t overdo it. Place the hat on your dog’s head for a short period of time and take a picture. In fact, some dog birthday hats will come with straps to adjust and fit your dog’s head.
If you’re wondering where you can get a party hat, I’ve got a few suggestions for you. There are many stores, especially online, that sell awesome party hats. Just be sure to check the size of the hat if you have a little dog. You want it to fit, don’t you? Etsy has a great selection of dog birthday hats that you could purchase for your dog.
